A Guided RIM Activity For Remembering Your Inherently Lucky Nature with Dr. Deb:
Taking a deep cleansing breath… sense a breath coming in through the top of your head and spirally down through all your body and then out the tips of your toes.
As you take another deep breath imagine oxygen entering your heart and spiraling in, around and through it, out the middle of your back and the tips of your fingers. Your third deep breath comes in through your belly button and exits out the small of your back. As your body easily relaxes, your breath settles into a natural rhythm and you can sense your body humming along with your heart beating, your breath rising and falling and your eyes resting.
Somewhere inside your body, you sense the energy of your personal luck. Regardless how big or little this energetic spot, whether it takes up all your body or a tiny dot… let your attention come to rest upon it… (take a moment to find it) …
You notice as your imagination gives it form with shape, size and color. It may be orange, purple, clear or some other color. It might star-shaped, round, square, amorphous or something unique… whatever form it has taken, receive it as best as you can… (Pause to sense the details)
As you gently sense this energy… move your attention into the center of it! (Pause till you’re there)…
In the center of this energy of good fortune… you sense an image of yourself… the Lucky One… Noticing how you look… how your dressed… and Most of all how? your eyes sparkle and shine… Wow! you are powerfully lucky! (Stop and notice)
As you witness this Lucky self further, you actually hear the sound of your voice and the kinds of comments you speak… (Pause to listen)…
Without even thinking, your awareness shifts over into this Lucky One… And as you look out of these twinkling eyes, notice how it feels to be in this body, with this voice… with this Good Fortune… Hmm… (Take a minute to feel it)
As you feel your indomitable spirit in the same way you feel the earthy substance of your own body… you sense the truth of both… you know who you are and why you’re here…
To claim the Good Fortune that’s yours… of course…
