Biography: I became interested in RIM® after training in other areas of mind-body connection. I have facilitated over 100 RIM® sessions to all types of people. I teach health at a public high school and lead a mentorship program where high school students mentor with a professional in their career interest. I attained National Board Certification in Teaching (NBCT) in 2009. I incorporate my RIM® training into my teaching practice. In addition to my RIM® training, I completed several programs taught by Jack Canfield, author of the Success Principles, including Breakthrough to Success in 2009, Advanced BTS in 2009 and 2011 as well as the Train the Trainer program in 2012. Since 2012, I have presented several workshops based on the Success Principles. I have also trained in additional techniques that address energy flow in the mind and body, such as EFT, meditation, yoga, and Qi Gong. I have been married for over 37 years. We have grown children, one is a dermatologist and asst. professor at UCLA Medical School and the other is a production engineer project manager in L.A. I worked as a professional geologist for 15 years before switching careers to teaching over 18 years ago.

Philosophy: My purpose is to awaken healing in others. I love to facilitate RIM® sessions because clients heal in ways that exceed their expectations while being an uplifting experience. It is an honor to help others unravel emotions, such as anxiety, worry and doubt, that have previously been stuck in the body and it is amazing to see how these self-sabotaging feelings can be released permanently no matter how long they have been around.
