Closing your eyes, take a deep cleansing breath that flows all the way down to your toes and then all the way up to the top of your head… as you breath in through your heart and out through your navel, you can easily sense yourself centered in your human body, yet with a presence that extends beyond your physical self.
Noticing easily that your awareness can move around inside your body and also all around… you play with this attention… shifting it… lifting it… lowering it… expanding and contracting… just to sense how it responds to your command… and how it feels…
Focusing completely on imagining the inside of your body and what sensations are present, you snuggle down into yourself… letting go of a deeper exhale and sigh, you settle into a feeling of being “home”…
How good it is to know you naturally are anchored in your body, regardless of what feelings may come and go… the center of the universe lies within you and all you need do is… sense it with awe and wonder…
