Biography: As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I have always been fascinated and intrigued by the power of thoughts and feelings. I spent my career working with children and adults, including two decades in school districts as well as an in-patient mental health hospital. I am grateful for the opportunity to help people and for the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Now, being trained as a certified facilitator, I am an empathic listener and look forward to providing a safe practice of helping people remember and rediscover their best selves, RIM® continues to amaze me with the power it has to transform lives.

Philosophy: I believe all people are born complete and whole. Our lifetime journey is to remember who we truly are. We experience things in life and then attach meaning to them. Releasing any untrue stories and blocks that we hold in our bodies and that hold us back in any part of life, is the purpose of RIM®. Living an authentic life is an inside job, and I am here to help those who are looking, wanting and needing a path back to that authenticity.
