Philosophy: I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal. Within each of us is an inherent capacity for adapting to and recovering from the stress and demands we encounter in life. Harnessing the power of the mind-body connection and tapping into the body’s full potential leads to a state of dynamic equilibrium, i.e, a place of well-being where continuous change occurs yet relatively uniform conditions prevail. I believe the RIM® Method is a powerful technique that aids and maintains this optimal level of well-being.
Year Completed RIM® Facilitator Training: May 2015; RIM® Trainer 2017
