Biography:

Angie has over 20 years of leadership, management, engineering and consulting experience in highly regulated businesses, managing Operations, IT and R&D projects and programs.  In 2017 she learned about RIM^®, was profoundly impacted in one session, and decided RIM^® was part of her future.  Her journey to becoming a Certified RIM^® Facilitator was life-changing in her personal growth, self-awareness and overall transformation!

She continues consulting, now including RIM^® as an added service to benefit her clients.  She works with individuals and teams to create personal and professional environments of trust, empowerment, collaboration, inclusion, appreciation, transparency and so much more.  She comes to the table with an extremely positive, calm, optimistic, attitude where people constantly tell her they “love her energy”.  She has an incredible ability to genuinely connect with people on a personal level, creating a safe place to discuss challenges and openly work through plans to personally and professionally excel.

Philosophy: We are all more alike than we are different. When we experience this, we connect at a deeper level…fear dissipates, vulnerability emerges, honest conversations happen and love triumphs!
