Biography: Kine is a HR expert, management trainer, NLP coach, career advisor and a certified RIM facilitator. She also holds a masters degree in administration and management, and has worked almost 20 years in HR, 7 of them as a HR director. She started her own HR consultancy company in 2016 (dinHR), and mental training company in 2017 (dinMT).

Philosophy: I believe that we’re all in possession of everything we need to live fulfilling lives, but sometimes a little help is needed on the way to release them. And sometimes adjusting the compass is helpful and contributes to wanted changes. Applies to both personal growth, management skills growth and business growth in general.
