Biography: Peggy Evans has more than 20 years of experience as a pioneer in the mediation and restorative justice industry where she has facilitated profound healing between perpetrators of crime and their victims. She continues to be amazed at the healing power of sharing openly about feelings and values. She has found that an intimate level of sharing between people naturally moves them toward resolution of conflicts and heals the residual hidden trauma. Since graduation from the RIM^® Institute, Peggy has expanded her practice to include private RIM^® sessions. The RIM^® facilitation skills also heighten her ability to accelerate personal transformation for her mediation clients.

Philosophy: As a mediator, I have learned how much past experiences and memories continue to shape our lives. Discovering the healing and transforming powers of sharing deeply and getting in touch with one’s personal values has validated my belief we are all connected; a transformation within one person, ripples throughout their family and friends. I am thrilled to incorporate RIM^® as a part of my professional services. RIM^® is truly magical in the way we can tap into our subconscious and have the same power of sharing deeply with the inner self. The awareness, transformation and healing that RIM^® facilitates is even quicker than in a two-party mediation; it’s absolutely amazing! RIM^® has heightened my aspiration to be a “lifelong learner.”
