What’s that noise in your head?
Could be just chatter or it could be your emotional system trying to get your attention with an important message for your health, relationships, or success.
Mind chatter may be unnecessary, but if it’s happening it means there’s something to learn. Instead of guilting yourself, realize it is just your body trying to get your attention to tell you something isn’t working as easily as it could.
When you welcome the chatter and shift your attention to find it in your body, great insights, creative ideas and solutions appear! So don’t damn that chatter–thank it for introducing a new conversation you haven’t considered–YET!
This brief audio meditation will sense any unnecessary noise in you and help you decipher it! You are learning how to dip into a new level of understanding yourself and it feels so good to know your natural emotional system is working on your behalf– you’re just learning how to use it!
