Biography: Heather is an Executive Coach and certified RIM® Facilitator known for her grounded presence, strategic insight, and ability to build trust quickly with leaders at all levels. With more than 20 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, Heather brings a unique blend of curiosity, empathy, and rigorous listening to her work. She partners with leaders who are ready to expand their impact—enhancing how they engage with others. Integrating RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) into her coaching and individual sessions, Heather supports clients in identifying and removing internal barriers or limiting patterns that inhibit high performance. Through this process, leaders gain new clarity, emotional agility, and a deeper sense of alignment, allowing them to show up with greater ease, resilience, and effectiveness in their roles and relationships.
Philosophy: I believe every leader deserves full access to their strengths, wisdom, and capacity for meaningful impact. Yet even accomplished individuals can be held back by internal patterns that no longer serve them. Through RIM®, I guide clients in clearing these barriers so they can reconnect with their most resourceful, aligned, and authentic selves. As a result, leaders gain greater clarity, emotional agility, and strengthening their ability to lead with ease, resilience, and impact.
