Biography: Currently Founder and CEO of Shift Style, a consulting firm in Organizational Culture and Coaching. Education: PhD in Sociology and Culture from the Complutense University of Madrid, Master in Sociology from Complutense University of Madrid, MBA from University of Monterrey, in Monterrey, Mexico, Certified Public Accountant from UDEM, Seven different certifications in Coaching + Mindfulness Consultant, PROSCI, Human Synergistics and Leadership Challenge.

She has 25 years of management experience and 19 of these years in C-Level teams in international environments. She worked for 23 years at UDEM where her last 7 years as: Vice Rector of Integral Formation, High Schools and International Programs. Rector of UVM Campus Cumbres and Global Vice President of Human Resources at Ruhrpumpen for 6 years, a family owned company from Monterrey with 13 plants in 11 countries.

Philosophy: I am a woman who is passionate about life, and found my fulfillment in helping people, teams and organizations develop positive values, cultures and lives.
