Shipping Policy

Shipping options:
Customer orders are shipped from Denver, Colorado by USPS.
Shipping charges and information are not relevant to seminar and workshop registrations or product that is delivered digitally, such as mp3 downloads, software and e-courses.

INTERNATIONAL Shipments:
Each country has different regulations on customs and duty. We sell the goods free of sales tax when shipped outside of USA. However, customers will be responsible for their country’s customs, duty and taxes that may be applied to their order upon delivery.

Delivery times:
Please allow 5-7 Business days for processing, in addition to the shipping times (excluding weekends and holidays).
