Biography: I’m a leadership coach, as well as a certified RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) Facilitator. I work with leaders and creatives who are ready to grow into the next evolution of themselves — not by becoming someone else, but by identifying and enhancing who they really are. Before coaching, I spent over a decade as an off-Broadway stage manager, which taught me everything I know about communication, calm in chaos, and the magic of a well-timed cue. I am experienced in working with diverse industries, including arts and entertainment, video game development, education, sales & hospitality, and marketing & advertising. I live in New York with my husband, our dog, Ollie, and a rotating cast of neighborhood characters. And yes, there is always chocolate nearby.

Philosophy: My coaching blends practical tools with emotional insight. I bring humor and warmth to hard conversations, and I care deeply about helping people show up with more clarity, confidence, and connection. I am passionate about creating safe, insightful spaces for people to step more into authentic, empowered versions of themselves - both personally and professionally.
